The California Inland Empire Council (CIEC) is proud to provide today’s youth with programs and activities help youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, leadership skills, and citizenship skills. CIEC and other Scouting Councils throughout the nation provide youth with a sense that they are important as individuals. Scouting promotes activities that lead to personal responsibility and high self-esteem. CIEC believes that, “Today’s Scouts are Tomorrow’s Leaders!”
CIEC believes that information is knowledge and that every child needs the same opportunity to access it. We are proud to work with many families in under-served communities in San Bernardino & Riverside Counties to provide easy access to the many benefits of Scouting, including the Merit Badge Series, now online.
